The vineyard and the vine dressers

In the first Sunday of the month of Mesry, which always comes in the fast of our Lady the Virgin Mary, the Gospel is that of the parable of the vine and the vinedressers. What is the relation between the Virgin Mary and the Vine that makes the Church chooses the parable of the Vine and the Vinedressers to be the Gospel of the first Sunday of the fast of Saint Mary the Virgin Lady
The Vine symbolises three things:
The first is the LORD JESUS, the second is the Church and the third is our Lady the Virgin Mary.
The first is the LORD JESUS: ( John 15:1-6) “I am the True Vine, and My Father is the Vinedresser. “I am the Vine, you are the branches. “
The second is the Church ( Isa 5:4) What more could have been done to the vineyard that I have not done in it? Who knows? I looked for it to yield grapes, but it yielded rotten grapes.”
The third is our Lady the Virgin Mary.
We call our Lady the Virgin Mary in the third part of the Third hour prayer (O, Theotokos you are the true vine who bore the Cluster of life….)
The vine is the tree producing grapes; the vine holds the clusters of grapes. So as the vine bears the clusters of grapes our Lady carried our LORD JESUS, the Cluster of life.
Why the LORD JESUS is dubbed the Cluster of Life? From the grapes we get the grape juice and the LORD JESUS in the Thursday of Covenant converted this grape juice to HIS blood and gave IT to us to give us eternal life (Mar 14:23-25 ) “ And taking the cup, giving thanks, He gave to them. And they all drank out of it. And He said to them, this is My blood of the New Covenant, which is poured out for many.”
Thus the LORD JESUS is the cluster for the eternal life, and who carried this cluster for the eternal life, this was our Lady the Virgin Mary.
The LORD JESUS is the Cluster of life and the Virgin Lady is the true vine who carried this Cluster of life.
Some may object that we give our Virgin Lady one of the titles given to the LORD JESUS, since HE has said (John 15:1) “I am the true vine and my Father is the gardener.”
So how can we give this title to the Virgin Lady?
King David has said in the Old Testament (Psalm 128:3) “Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children will be like olive shoots around your table”
So the Holy Bible called every good wife a vine, and so if the holy Bible calls the good wife “Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine” then as well we call the Virgin Lady the fruitful vine.
For this we read this Gospel during the Virgin Lady fast so that we remember that our Lady the true small vine is reminding us the great true vine, the LORD JESUS, WHOS shade is covering the whole universe. Good News
